MEMBERSHIP
The Hollygarth has about 400 members. Membership subscription is currently £3.00 (£5.00 From January 2003) per annum, payable on the1
st January. New members also pay a one off joining fee of £5.Applications for membership must be proposed and seconded by two current members.

We are sorry, but until further notice, new applications for membership are not being accepted. An announcement will be made on this site when the membership list is reopened.
Until the membership list is reopened, prospective members may apply to use the club facilities at an annual subscription rate of £5.00 (plus an initial £5 joining fee), without rights to attend meetings and vote.
The AGM is held in February/March when the election of committee members, and if necessary the officers, takes place.
Committee members serve for a periods of either 3, 2 or 1 years depending upon their proportion of the votes cast for them, before becoming eligible fore re-election.
